From the moment we stepped foot on the property, we were greeted with friendliness. The staff is eager to help all the time. The rooms were great and anytime we had an issue we called the front desk and they always fixed it promptly. We loved the duck food to feed the ducks for the kids. We loved the coffee shop on site and we walked to it every morning. We loved that the hotel was centrally located. This is the most perfect place to stay if you have a family with small children. The property grounds are beautiful and it makes you feel like you’re on a resort. Thank you so much paradise point!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! We didn't have enough time to enjoy all the amenities at the resort so we will definitely be back. There is so much to do and it's a beautiful place. Great for families.

This property is great for kids. It's a large area for kids to spread out and explore. there are two restaurants on the property that are good but one requires reservations and has very limited days and hours of operation. The barefoot bar closes by 9 pm. The property is great but there is nothing near by that you could walk to. The rooms are one story bungalows built many decades ago. The A/C does not have a good filtration system. This was causing issues with my wife's asthma. The biggest negative is the $40 a night hidden fee / scam. This fee is not listed in the price. Each bungalow comes with a dedicated and marked parking spot so why would you have to pay an extra parking fee. it's a shameful hidden fee scam that leaves you with a negative overall impression of the property.
