"Really lovely hotel in the very heart of Rouen. We needed parking and that was quite the unexpected adventure as the hotel is in the pedestrian zone, so we needed a special code to drive to the hotel. Then the car takes an elevator down into the garage. You must call ahead to reserve parking as it is very limited in the garage. We were placed in a room in the outside smaller building but it was charming and with a terrace and a few steps up ( no elevator if you carry luggage) Location is a...
