"spacious and comfortable room for a family trip of 3. there is a link way to the Elizabeth Quay station and bus stop (has blue and green CAT buses) from level 1. no F&Bs nearby, need to walk a distance away. the toilet bowl is abit yellowish and the hand towel seems to have pale yellow patches. there was once the rubbish in the bathroom bin was not clear. the staff is friendly and helpful. the delivery of bath towels is quite fast when there is a request. seems like there is no cleaning of...

"Wonderful quiet location on the beach, food was beautiful, staff were friendly and super helpful. My dad struggled with mobility so given a lift to town and ferry on two occasions. Glamping tents were comfortable, clean and certainly a unique experience"

"From the moment we entered the foyer the staff made us feel extra special. We were 1st time visitors to the city and as we were in the center of town we were given help from the staff as to where to go and what to see and most importantly how to get there.
