"Loved the sea view from superior room. Room quite Spartan for a 4 star, no cushions, no art on walls, no colour at all just stark white. No issues getting a sunbed. Breakfast fine, loads of choice. Loved the walk down to town on the prom but taxis to get back were expensive ie 13 euro for approx a mile. There is a bus the L1 which we only found on last day, an information folder in the rooms with this sort of info would have been useful"

"Overall the accomodation was ok, nothing amazing but comfy enough, it does need some attention however. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered. Then the 'hot tub' was in fact freezing cold, and all the staff could say was "That's how it's always been, it's never been...

"Well, it's a serviced apartment. We stayed 6 nights. No cleaning unless paid. Best to include cleaning in the price. No Towels change etc. Apartment with sea view is misleading - unless you book the last floor, the view is obstructed by a horrible restaurant. Pool is not good - faces the ground floor apartments and no place to stay. Good spa. Massage was great. Overall, the flat is nice - has all you need. Just lacks service. "

"The apartment was clean but lacked any soap, shampoo, dishsoap or other cleaning products, which staff refused to provide. There is no AC and no fans are provided. The beds were of poor quality, one broke when someone lied down, however it was replaced quickly. Staff is friendly and responsive on WhatsApp, but there is no way to talk to someone on the phone, and there is no staff working in person at the hotel. We received text messages ahead of our arrival with an address to pick up the keys, but right before we arrived we received a message saying the keys were at the hotel, we misunderstood and ended up driving to the first location and looking for the keys there for a while."
