We paid extra for the premium room but there was nothing really premium about it. No microwave, regular shower, lamp on table wouldn’t work. Paid resort fee but swimming pool was out of service, WiFi also included in resort fee would not connect no one at front desk would answer. Convention was on the same floor and was very noisy.
