The heater and ac in my room didn’t have knobs and had food trash in the vent. The bedsheets were dirty. The front desk help was nice.

Screaming kids on and off for hours Including In the hallway after 10 PM. No curtains In the room. Looks like the shades were previously damaged. Freeway Is just too close. I switched rooms due to the traffic noise and although better Its atill pretty loud.

Staff was very nice, friendly and polite. Rooms were the hotel was clean but the rooms smaller than what I’m accustomed to. But I enjoyed my stay. I will stay again. The location has a variety of restaurants. I felt safe.

A couple of the things that interested me in this hotel was the breakfast and the pool. When I arrived, I found out that there are renovations going on, and there are no breakfast, and the pool was not operable although the customer service was good, the place smelt of paint, had I known of these beforehand I would not have stayed here

The room next to ours was being used for something other than sleeping. Their door would open and bang shut every 15 to 20 min and the people talked loud enough to hear all night. They never slept! Right in to next day when we left. Not Impressed

The yoghurt had expired and the rood that was initially allocated was dirty and not made. When we complained they immediately gave us another room that was clean.

Just passed through for the night. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The ground floor room was very comfortable and quiet. I really was pleasantly surprised and my expectations were exceeded. I’d stay here again.
