The pool was closed for maintenance but did not notice that mentioned on the website or when we checked in which was very frustrating. The staff are very friendly which was a big part of the review.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the the worked - all things that would give it 5 stars in my books. The front staff went above and beyond to help me out. I sprained my ankle and called down to see if they had an elastic bandage to wrap it up. Not only did she bring me the bandage but brought me a bucket of ice and some icy blue cream to see if it would help. I am so impressed - definitely above and beyond!

The front desk lady was nice. I liked the layout of the room. Everything was dirty. The walls the floors. It looks like they changed out the light fixture in the bathroom and the outline of the old fixture was still in dirt on the wall. All the walls were dirty and gross. the extra lock on the door was broken off. It's ok if it's old, but it doesn't need to be dirty. They also knew there were 5 of us in the room, but there were 3 towels? Disappointing.
