I have stayed at this property about 10 times. The last few years the hotel was in poor shape, so it was nice to see the new flooring, decor and the refresh of the soft goods.

It was nice. Had a good night sleep. However, the shower curtain almost fell off. Needs a better shower curtain.

We got a suite with a king size bed and a pull out sofa for my kids. When we pulled out the couch to set up my kids bed there was no mattress. I called the front desk and told them if they had an extra mattress, they did not. They didn't have any other available rooms and they wouldn't give us a refund so we could go to another hotel. My kids ended up sleeping on the floor.

First of all, when we reserved thru Expedia, we had specifically asked for a room on the first floor, and you gave us a room on the third floor anyways! Not only that, you put us in a room way in the boondocks and we had a person with difficulty in walking who was not very pleased with the fact that she had to walk that far. Why, LaQuinta? Because we checked in late?! You ignored our request and furthermore, your receptionist offered the world's rudest attitude to customers. She was not friendly, unwilling to even smirk, let alone smile. Very much rude, and overall a disaster in customer service. Your bathtub did drain properly, and the only that was nice about your place was the toiletry- which you did not supply adequately, but was acceptable enough. We will never stay here again and people, do not waste your money at this place. Go somewhere else. Not worth your money especially with the way the night clerk will greet you.

This was a very clean hotel with newly remodeled rooms. It had a beautiful courtyard and pool area. Breakfast was good.

The property was rundown, our room had a strong "smell" of unclean animal. The carpet was stained, the room furniture was stained. The bathroom had black areas around the tub.

This place was absolutely DISGUSTING!! We had bugs in our room, they did not clean our restroom from the previous guest. The cleaning staff left hair all over the shower walls, there was used soap and shampoo left there that was not from us. The towels were stained and dirty it honestly looked like the staff just folded and hung the towels without replacing them with fresh ones. The security door to enter our building was broken so people were walking in and out as they pleased. We were told to not leave any of our velo in our room because a man was breaking into the rooms and staying in them. I waited a good 10 minutes waiting for staff to check out leaving us late.

I loved the pool, the staff was very friendly. Disabled no cart to take out bags had to make 4 trips to get stuff to the car. Only two electrical outlets in the room already full. Need update on availability for charging devices. Maybe you could have some sort of unit that you could plug multiple USB’s in to allows for charging Devices. Bathroom fan not working no hairdryer hook on back of bathroom door broken. Don’t blame you

Room had fleas they sprayes the room but woke up next morning with bites on one persons face and another with a face rash. Towels were dirty with other peoples hair. Both kids got cuts from the pool when asking the front desk about bandaids they said we werent the first ones to get cut there. They nevwr picked up the dirty towels by the pool they were just in a giant pile on the tables. My mom fell in their lobby because the floor was wet. The front desk lady didnt even look up or ask if she was ok. When i told her she slipt on water she was rude.

Pet friendly hotels always pose a problem. All it takes is one flea-bitten dog to stay in a room ad who ever stays there afterwards will get flea bites. I wish I could include the picture I took of my ankles after staying there. The fleas had a field day feasting on me.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The property could use a little upkeep. The door lock on the second floor to get back in didnt work so you had to use the elevator. The bathrooms could use fans and just a little modern updating. Otherwise a good place for the price. Staff was very helpful and accommodating

The room, wasn't clean when we checked in. We asked for room service to vacuum, changed the dirty sheets and bring in clean towels each day of our 4 day stay and it wasn't done. It had pop rings on the counter tops, dirt and garbage on the floor, and dirty pillow cases when we got there. The front desk said they would get it taken care of each of the 4 days and it never happened.

Very outdated hotel. No open outlets and the ones that were in the room were overloaded. The floor and tables were dirty, we found bottle caps on the floor. There was no "do not disturb" sign in the room but it didn't matter, the cleaning staff were nowhere to be found for the 3 days we were there. The halls smelled heavily of marijuana even though it was a non smoking hotel. We won't be staying here again.

Nice and clean, had comfortable bedding. It was quiet, convenient to the bowling alley, nice steak house next door. Close to shopping and all other sights. I would definitely stay here in the future.

The people were very nice, but my room was strange. First there were not adequate outlets for charging my phone and watch. I had to unplug the clock to be able to charge my phone. Also, there was a gap between the door and the door frame big enough that I could see the hallway and the elevator between the doorframe and the door with the door closed. This means someone could sit n the hallway and see into the room with the door closed. I stayed on n room 205. Never seen anything like that.

Our room was rough. It has sharp screw ends sticking out of the bathroom door all over the bottom half to try and fix where the door was delaminated. I had to be careful not to brush up against it. Thankfully I didn't bring small children or a flowy dress. There was black mold in the shower.

The staff was nice and helpful. All of the luggage racks are falling apart. You can see they’ve been hastily repaired and it’s not working. It doesn’t cost much to replace. Better than the rack coming apart while a guest is moving their luggage to their room which happened to us. With two different carts. The location is great and convenient.
