Staff was helpful. The a/c was not working, and we had to wait for a maintenance person to correct it. A confusing situation with multiple controls for the unit.

Awesome stay if you’re staying in town or staying overnight and hitting the road the next day. Raleigh is a great way to stay off I-95!

Guest service at front desk was great. Checked us in early. Very friendly, the room was clean. Just a slight cigarette order in the bathroom - as if someone had smoked a few stays back.

I had an excellent experience. Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms with parking included! The location was close to everything I wanted to visit and the rate was reasonable. I'd stay here again.

We chose to stay here because of the online rating supposedly being above a nine which is an exceptional rating. However, it is not. The parking is absolutely horrendous. We had to circle the lot several times in order to find a spot, and then we had to walk a good amount of distance to get to our room. Evidently there is no procedure to ensure who parks where for what hotel. So that right off the back was a red flag. The inside was very clean and it seemed it’s nice as pictured online. The rooms were OK. They did like lotion, and other things as such that nearly all hotels I’ve ever stayed offered. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The traffic around the hotel at night was loud. In a nutshell if I had to do it over, I would have not chosen to stay there, especially for the price that I paid. And you would have expected to have breakfast included for the price we paid however, we had to pay $20 per person to eat breakfast.

Fast check in. When we stay the night in Raleigh, this is where we prefer. Easy to get in and out of, free parking, close to everything without being in the heart of downtown. Downtown is cool, but a lot of those hotels provide ear plugs because it's so loud. Also, this place is half the price of many hotels it's either nicer than, or on par with.
