It is a very strange hotel. The room was clean, but not very comfortable. Shower is very bed, open, no AC, no adjustment. No one show up to clean the room. Price was ok, but stuff was not very helpful or nice. I guess this place is ok,

Hello! We are glad you thought our rooms were clean and tidy. We do have engineering available to assist with any temperature issues as all rooms have AC and heating. We also offer daily housekeeping, but you need to not leave the do not disturb on the door during your stay. We hope you come back to Portland again and give us another try.

The only thing I did not like about this property was the exorbitant daily fee that was charged for parking. We could’ve almost stayed another night at the hotel for what they charge. If you do not have to park a vehicle the place is great.

Hi Tracy! Thanks for the review. I know parking can be expensive at downtown hotels, but our secure parking is on the cheaper side for downtown Portland. We do have parking packages available for your next visit!

Conveniently located close to the Saturday market, restaurants as well entertainment venues. Very clean and simply decorated hotel. Great service. Handy to have Starbucks in the lobby.

Please offer better options for parking, just down the street you can park for $7-$15 per day but charges are around $45 per day for hotel parking.

Although the celling was high and made of cement, I think it took the heat away from being comfortable. I tried to raise the heat and that did not work. I had to stay under the covers or wear my clothes. Sheee.... Also, I have money pending on credit card from incidentals, I need to complete paper work so this needs to be either credit or debit asap.

Very convenient location. Price was very reasonable, until parking was added in. But, it was market rate for the area and was still reasonable. The desk setup and check-in, check-out was very streamlined and hassle-free. Much appreciated. Only thing annoying was the paucity of cups or glasses in the room.

My room was dirty The sheets had stains on them. A funny smell. I asked the person at the front desk. If they could have room service, bring me towels for two days straight end up buying my own.

Hotel was very nice for the price and was very conveniently located. Could have been a little cleaner (for example: there was an old french fry left near the fridge). The mini fridge was almost unusable because it needed to be defrosyed, the ice was blocking much of the usable space. I wish there had been a convenient location for doing hair and makeup. Instead you have to stand at the bathroom sink with no counter nearby to set items on. The full length mirror is almost inaccessible because it is inside the closet door next to the bed. You have to stand almost in the closet to use it.
