I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience! The staff was super helpful and friendly. The area around the hotel is nice and safe, with tourist attractions within walking distance. There are some great breakfast and dining options nearby. The hotel itself is very nice with unique decor and interior design. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spotless. The complimentary beer was a lovely touch, and the valet parking made everything so convenient. Highly recommend!

Poor Hotel Lucia used to see better days. I remember when this was a cool place to stay downtown. Now downtown is total trash. That’s not their fault, but they’ve also let the hotel itself fall into some disrepair. It’s just worn. Bed is comfy and all. Room is small / average.

The room was welcoming and well presented. The bed was comfortable. I also loved the radio on the night stand: I have not experienced something like that in such a long time. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay at Hotel Lucia. I paid more than double the price for crappier places during my trip.

A nice hotel in a good location. The little extras like the free pinball machines in the basement and the complimentary beer/cider hour in the evenings were nice ( though for a 'resort fee' of $33 a day, they're not exactly free....) The hotel was let down by not having any breakfast or dining options onsite and the bathrooms had metal sinks, which felt a bit more like a prison than a stylish bathroom
