This place was clean and the service was good. But we could hear the traffic all night long and the driveway is very steep.

It ws clean, but smelled of pot and things were broken,shabby, just not kept up. Our bathroom door had to be dlammed shut very loudly to close.

.We had cockroaches! I paid for a room with a fridge, no fridge. A continental breakfast was to be supplied, none to be had. There wasn't even any coffee.

The carpets in the hallways were stained and very dirty, mold around the bath tube, stained bedding, curtains were broken, air conditioner was broken and filled with black and white mold looking stuff, the whole place smelled like cigarette smoke, we were right near the loud elevator and other noisy guests. We arrived very tired from a family funeral and we left at 10:30 PM after trying to sleep. We decided it was worth the risk driving in the rain and darkness to get home in another State. Simply awful.

The toilet seat was cracked in half. I kept getting pinched when i sat on it. I told the clerk when i checked in. They never fixed it or changed my room. I made a complaint on discharge, but nothing was done to remedy my situation.

There was absolutely nothing that we liked! Everything was filthy. The beds didn't appear to be changed. The toilet was disgusting. Bathroom floor was dirty. We will never be back!

It’s okay for a cheap stay
I stay at Red Roof frequently. This is not a five star hotel and that’s ok because I don’t want to pay an arm and leg just to stay in the city when I come visit. It’s a okay stay for a place to rest your head at night. Check in was easy and front desk person was friendly. There was a couple who checked in before us and came back asking for a clean room but I didn’t over hear the details of the “dirty” room the received. I did see them eventually just leaving. The room my husband and I received was clean. The negatives I saw in my room were ripped curtains, the head board was rough on the bottom near where your head would lay, pillows were very flat, and the mirror was dirty. The tub and the sink in the bathroom drained very slow. The tub/ shower looked clean but some of the grout was showing mold growth (very minimal). I love it warm in the my room but my husband runs hot. We turned on the AC but it didn’t work. I was very hot over night even with AC on. Also I stayed on the fourth floor and there looked to be extensive water damage on the ceiling when you first exit the elevator. Check was a breeze and the other front desk man was very friendly.

I fully understand this was an inexpensive hotel..BUT...whew. Our room was not what we booked online, the spot where our mini fridge was..was just a open space.. no fridge. both comforter and sheets had both stains/ tears. (no bed bugs though). Weird stains on the floors... The shower pressure was fine but it would barely become warm, and did not stay so for long. TV had options such as Netflix and YouTube but you weren't able to sign in to use them..Only the "live" TV worked. The internet was a mess.. had multiple different options, and in my case none of them worked. But one did for my fiance. (Also, skip the 10 dollar charge to use xfinity WiFi. Once you leave your room for anything it will not reconnect.) hallway outside room smelled of cigarette smoke or weed. Had two very noticeable leaks as well. If you just need somewhere cheap to sleep and shower, this is for you. Just go into it knowing that.

Cheap, guess you get what you pay for
The staff was very friendly. This trip was a simple overnight and check out the next morning. Arrived late at night. Was helped very well at front desk. Upon receiving room cards, we discovered at looking for bed bugs ( found none) that the room was totally disgusting. Found public hairs on all the covers and sheets, as well as on the floor blowing around like dust bunnies. Also discovered blood on all the sheets and unknown white splatters on both headboards. Also found black mold on ceiling in the bathroom. This was room 409. After contacting front desk, we were able to receive new ( cleaner sheets) , no blankets, were offered to have comforter washed and dried, but due to time restraints not acceptable. I must reiterate that the front desk staff was great. The cleaning staff however was anything but. It was clear a couple had the room and had their fun. And instead of the house keeping staff cleaning and washing stuff, they just remade everything,. Of course we cleaned what we could but really didn't sleep. Again another room was not an option or leaving due to our arrival time and leaving time in the am, other wise this would have been a total 100% no go. Very dissatisfied with overall visit.

This property was absolutely disgusting. Our room smelled like cigarettes and there were stains everywhere. There was mold in the vents and on the curtains. Disgusting stains on the bedsheets, floor, and in the bathroom. Things were falling apart. No ice bucket, tv wasn’t working.

The room (non smoking specified) smelled like cigarettes. The staff did offer to switch rooms. The new room smelled a bit better but not great. The pillows were stained and while checking for bed bugs we found black specs under the mattress and a hole under the sheets w brown around it. I chose this hotel simply for the convenient location but will not be returning.

Bed was hard as a rock. Curtains were all torn up. Closet door was off and leaning against the wall. Someone stold the hair dryer and couldn't get a replacement to use. Room wasn't cleaned ot towels replaced in the 5 day stay. Toilet wouldn't flush in the first room. Transfer to new room and the sink wouldn't drain in it.

Just don't do it. Everything was broken in our room. No tissues, no trash can, 1 very small bar of soap, broken lamp, broken bathroom door and couldn't close. Pot smell. For the price it was a dump.

Looks like it's a newer property. Gentleman at the desk was friendly. Elevator right at the check in desk instead of walking a maze to get to it like other motels I've stayed in. Public bathroom that was desperately needed after our long drive had no paper products.

The rooms have no chairs to sit. Not enough toiletries were not enough for one person in a room with two beds. I saw some food stains on the floor. The washroom door wouldn’t shut, you could just push it with a finger and it would be open. Was here on a business trip with a colleague so it was very uncomfortable.
