"A last minute trip change landed me in Dubrovnik and I couldn’t be happier. What a magical place, and my stay at Roko was a nice complement to my time there. The location couldn’t have been better to explore the Old City, access the port for trips out to Lukrom, etc. The caretaker was kind and efficient and, has been mentioned by others, the convenience of the discounted restaurant downstairs was a nice perk. I would stay again for sure."

"If I could give a higher rating I would. From start to finish, this was absolutely one of the best experiences I’ve had as far as accommodations go. The owner arranged transportation from the airport and was waiting for me upon arrival. The room….was phenomenal! Location was fantastic. A few steps into old town and minutes from everything you could want to see. The room was perfect, clean and very nice. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone planning a trip to Dubrovnik! "

"Such a perfect location! Really easy to find thanks to Nina’s directions and is close enough to pop back in the day if you need to in between exploring. Nina was so helpful and friendly and replied really quickly to any queries on WhatsApp. Absolutely loved the apartment…I had the top one and it had great views on the old walls and was nice and cool, very clean and had everything you would need. "Modern and spacious apartments in a quiet location, but still easy to get to the hussle and bustle of the old town. The apartments have everything you need to feel like you are at home. Ours was on the ground floor, so we had no views, but I guess that this is the luck of the draw. Staff were very helpful. The front desk is not always open, but once they had settled us in, we kept in touch on WhatsApp and they always responded to our needs and questions. There was some noise from the family...

Although Dubrovnik is very touristy, Rose’s place was quiet and out of the way while being a couple minute walk to anything you wanted to see in Old Town. "The place is strategic enough that we cant complaint at all. Getting to the place can be easier via Buza Gate. Coming from Pile gate maybe tougher :) Backpack is highly recommended unless you want to feel the challenge in bringing up your big luggage :p House can be better if the house odour is eliminated and sticky flooring. Other than that, everything was perfect and we will still recommend this place if you are visiting Dubrovnik! "

"Had a great time at Leonarda's place! The place is located in an amazing spot, and it's within a few minutes walk of almost any of the major attractions. It's also pretty close to bus/shuttle stops! We especially liked the fact that it had a small kitchenette, and that there's a decent amount of space in the studio, including the bathroom. The entire place is pretty modern. Highly recommend staying here!"

Location of property feel like you are at place of game of throne . Rooms are bit compromised but not bad . Water has small heater tank . Powerful air conditioner , Sleeping is not easy comfort but not bad .7 out of 10 thing when you choose Stay are good . Price what we paid I think every penny worth . "
