I had issues with my keycard had to switch rooms. The second room the toilet wouldn’t flush, stopper was jammed into sink. I got back late from dinner so I didn’t realize the issues the second room had until I got back and no one was at the desk. Hotel has refused to refund.

Stayed in the hotel during a basketball tournament. Not being from the area I wasn’t sure what I would be getting. This was such a great hotel especially for the price. Staff so helpful. Close to everything. Quiet and clean. Would highly recommend.

Coffee maker was not working in the room hotel does not offer one cup of coffee for guess in the lobby nothing - I am used to get at least continental breakfast - I soo couple of roaches. I will not stay here again

Reserved a king bed, was assigned a room with a full bed. Reservation desk stated they were full, but the next morning at 5:50 am the parking lot was over half empty. Room floors were really dirty. No hair dryer in room. No coffee in lobby for early departing guests. Mattress was worn out, lumpy. Considering the hotel “brand” and cost, def not impressed.

There was hair on the walls in the bathroom. There was no extra toilet paper. The floors were so dirty in my room they left our feet brown. I had paid for a pool view room and when we got to our room, there wasn't one. I called down to the front desk and they said they'd call right back. 20 minutes later they called and said we were in a renovated room and if they moved us to a pool view room it wouldn't be renovated. We decided to stay in the room we were in. She said there would not be a problem crediting me my money back for the extra charge for the pool view. I still have yet to receive credit back on payment for the price difference for that. Very disappointed.

The staff has been very cooperative and friendly. They offered us great solutions for our requests. Room service has been great. Rooms were clean. Only issue was, there was a lot of weed smell in the corridors.

This property was wonderful for what I was there for. The staff was extremely friendly and I loved how well it was lite up around the pool at night to swim.

I did like the hotel because it was super clean and quiet. I had to go downstairs twice to reprogram my key card, which was so inconvenient. this hotel does have a restaurant in it and very close to the 10 highway.

The look from the outside to the inside was harsh. The lobby was a brief moment of possibility that maybe … but then the elevator, halls, and room didn’t quite make it. It definitely needs more character.
