"Our stay at the Flora was just okay. This is a fine place to stay, but the room was not as open and clean as the pictures show. There was no window that opened, and it smelled a bit like smoke (from a staff member smoking right outside our door. The breakfast was great! The people were very nice. The lobby is nice, but the rooms are average, and the service was really not existent. We were not able to get help on laundry, tuk tuck, directions, no one really there to help you. Again, fine...
