I had booked the family room for a one night stay with my wife and daughter. The family room actually has two bedrooms, one of which is a double or twin and the other is a twin with an en-suite.
Finding it was easy enough and we pulled up to the free parking around the back after which we went to the front door and were greeted by Nick. He quickly got our key, checked what time we wanted breakfast and showed us to our room which was nice and clean. He gave a brief tour and then offered to help me bring in our bags.
There were plenty of tea, coffee, milk and sugar by the kettle, fresh water and some biscuits.
The en-suite was accessed through the children’s room which can be a little bothersome but we just ended up sneaking through when we needed to use it and didn’t wake our daughter. It had a bath/shower with good pressure and a shower gel dispenser on the wall.
The walls seem quite thin so we could hear next door and above us a bit more than normal but it didn’t stop us sleeping well.
I tested the free internet at 10 Mbps down & 2 Mbps up.
When we went down for breakfast Karen came to take our order for an English breakfast which was very nice and there was also a continental selection which was also good.
Overall a very nice stay and if we were in there area again I would look here first for availability.
