Decent hotel. Very unimpressive and unhelpful front desk. Sad lobby. No property map. No designated guest only parking. Nice property. Great bed. Average bathroom. Fun pool. Great location. Gross room flooring.

First room was had dirty floors and very dirty comforter. Second room had dirty floors, inoperable body wash dispensers and the tv remote didn't work, so couldn't use the TV at all.

The room was standard, but the bathroom was larger which was great. Great for a simple trip. Read what you sign when you get there, they have a lot of rules. Not a great place to stay if you want to bring your own drinks.

I’m going to start this review off with the location. Location was decent, it was not hard to find at all. However area around it a little sketchy especially at night. Staff was friendly and lobby was nice. Room looked nice at first but it was dirty and had damages on the walls and doors. Had buffalo sauce on the sheets and floor was nasty. The shower did not have a door either so you have to angle the shower head to make sure it does not spill out . I personally would not recommend it for families since a lot of young people stay here to get lit and hook up. I will not be returning but had booked because it looked nice in pictures and the price was good. The only thing i can say i liked was the tv it was big and had a stereo surround sound so watching movies was a pleasure other than that it needs a lot of work.

It was a mediocre stay. The air conditioner was so loud that I did Not get any sleep. The bathroom floor was clearly not mopped. Light coming under the door. The bed was loud and squeaky and that was with sleeping on bed and nothing else 🙄. I was disappointed.

The front desk people were not friendly or welcoming. The room was bare bones. No telephone to contact front desk, no extra toiletries other than a bar of soap. The floor had a weird matting on it that was wet in places. Gross. The TV didn't work. It felt like the kind of jail white collar criminals would go to.

There are quite a few problems that I had with our stay the main one is the pool bar not returning our credit card after his shift and then we were gone the next day without it and when we checked out, the card was still not there. We ended up having to cancel our card, and then he ended up bringing it back at the end of the weekend. I found dry what look like blood on my sheets and 2 dead moths in the other bed sheets. The pool bar and restaurant are extremely expensive for the surroundings and they have very little options if you do not drink or have children. Our pool bartender wouldn’t even walk over to the main bar and get orange juice for us. Not only for our kids but for our drinks. And then he kept our credit card for two days after we checked out it was not available and we ended up having to cancel it they do not put any effort into their customer service unfortunately. I’ve been in the hospitality business for 30 years and I understand when you’re young sometimes you don’t go above and beyond, but I was disappointed. We even asked the girls at the desk where we could get coffee and they all answered. They didn’t know. I also asked them where another hotel was that was across the street and down to blocks because we were going to a wedding and again they did not know Where the hotel was. I also asked her if we could get a cab or something to go over to the wedding grounds two blocks down the street and they said “we don’t get Ubers for people you do that yourself”.

Everything looks great and then when you drive around back the trash dumpsters are a whole new vibe!!! I would simply ask your trash service to trade out the 3 you have and make them identical.. Done!

This place is an old dilapidated motel, probably rented by the hour. Carpets smell of cigarettes, beer and and dirt.. Shower floor tile is black with mold. There are no doorknobs or keys, just codes like a prison cell. There is no front desk to check in,no maid service. The rooms wreak of skunk weed and are noisy. When I called Expedia to complain, I was told the motel would have to agree to replace my room in another appropriate hotel.All I could reach were offshore untrained workers with no authority.

It was a very expensive time to come during Cochellla. Paying $450 Canadian a night for a place that is 1/2 that cost every other time made it feel expensive for the value. The maids seemed to only come when we were in the room so it never got cleaned. The pool is lovely to look at but there is no shade so it stayed mostly empty. The people at the front desk were very nice.

This hotel was just in rough shape. If it were a recently remodeled Motel 6 I’d say it was great. Given the price, however, it was rough. The rooms were just a little rundown which could be overlooked except that the beds were broken. There were four of us staying in two queen beds and the mattresses caved in in the middle so we hardly slept. Just extremely not worth the price.

This hotel played techno/pop music loudly through speakers located ALL over the hotel from 9 am to 10 pm. Including the family swimming pool. The sound blasted into our room and made it hard to sleep or think. There was also a DJ in the restaurant until 10 or 11 pm that made it very hard to sleep. We loved swimming in the family pool before the music started but once the music began at 9 am on Sunday morning it was hard to hear one another and have our own fun. This is probably torture for the staff as well. Upon arrival they had me sign a waiver saying I had been warned about the loud music (this was upon check in, not before I booked) and that I would not ask for a refund of any kind due to the loud music.

I actually really like the vibe here at the V hotel. It’s just that the grounds were very dirty around the pool. Somebody needs to blow I think also waitress would be great or the bartender who doesn’t have much to do could come around and ask people if they want drinks or food or at least let them know when the kitchen is going to close. It’s quaint and cute.

The overall property was average. The pool area had lots of space and was in good condition, but the pool bar and food closed at 3pm, which seemed early. Felt like the bartender was just waiting to leave. Our rooms were horrible. It wasn’t how it was pictured on Expedia. When we first arrived we found a dead cockroach on the floor. The mirrors were filthy, and shower looked as if it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. We would not come back.

I love this place. They've recently changed ownership/management and it's for the better. We received attentive care, the facilities were clean, and I think the pools are some of the best, if not the best in Palm Springs. Very walkable to great restaurants and bars. Love this place and will continue coming back.
