"The hotel is perfect, clean, nice, big, and has a very good spa. You need to make sure that your room has spa access included, otherwise, you have to pay additionally to use it. We had to pay additionally and we didn't regret it. If you find malls a bit far from the hotel, they have a shuttle minivan to take you there. "Good hotel. Rated an area three because you would have to get on two elevators just to get to the rooms. Shower and toilet slow to drain. Breakfast was good buffet. Personally thought the japanese breakfasts lacking. Gym was great. Spa services are good but a tad pricey. Could find many in the area that could provide same level of experience"
