We were charged twice by this property. We tried to explain to desk staff that we booked and paid on Expedia, but she didn’t seem to understand and insisted there was a problem with our check in. She called the manager and the problem seemed to be resolved but later in the evening we realized that the property charged us for the stay. The next morning we spoke with the manager about the charge and he assured us that it would be removed, but has not been removed yet. We called again today (Monday) to try to get the charge dropped and, so far, it hasn’t been. Very poor communication with the staff at this hotel, as they don’t seem to know that the room was already paid for despite us showing the receipt and confirmation number. Disappointing.
