Our stay at Surfside was perfect!! It was so convenient being able to shuttle to park and back and also have any gifts delivered from park to our room. The staff were so friendly and helpful! Our room was very nice and clean. I will definitely stay here again

We have stayed at Cabana Bay which has more food options. This one was a good alternative, quieter, less crowded, more low key, less line at Starbucks which I frequented for food too. Front desk needs a little more staff to lessen wait times. Maid service was great. Shuttle to Universal parks. Highly recommend the 2br suite room which was perfect for us and our 2 adult kids each having a queen bed. Would stay there again!
