Have stayed her many times and will stay here many more. The staff is always nice and accommodating. The rooms are always clean. Convenient to theme parks. GPS takes you to the side gate that is always closed. Turn off the main road by Capones.

It was a nice stay. Good value for the price. My one comment was there was only one light that worked and the telephone didn’t work. Wasn’t huge issue for us but not a great experience. I’d stay there again.

Rooms were very nice and clean as well. The street appeal wasn't so nice. Getting into the resort would have been much nicer if they would have opened the gate on the side that is accessible from the side street from that busy road.

The word “Resort” is definitely misused. This is far from being a resort. It is a motel. The room is fine although on one of the nights there was a roach in the bathroom. I didn’t bother reporting it bc we only had one more night there and we literally only spent the late night hours sleeping there. Front desk staff should represent themselves better; IDK perhaps have them wear a uniform shirt. They should look neater. Not horrible but I won’t stay there again.

I thought the property was decent, especially for the price. But on my last morning at the hotel, I was laying in bed when I noticed a bed bug scurrying across my sheets. I panicked and packed up everything, then headed for the front desk. The staff did everything they could, and I feel like the situation was handled appropriately. But I highly recommend people perform a bed bug check - I will do so at every hotel, now that I've had this experience. There are videos on YouTube to help.

We hold our entire property to a very good standard of cleanliness, so we sincerely regret for any element of your stay that wasn't perfect. Furthermore, we implement rules that include a continuous preventative inspection program in an effort to take all necessary precautions to avoid guest interaction with pests. Our employees are trained to conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and to notify our contracted pest control service of their findings. These isolated occurrences are dealt with right away.

The property was very well maintained, no debris or anything of that matter. Can see the changes they made to outer premises. This is not my first time staying here and still love it. I see comfort and family owned business. Also, Love how the staff are efficient, helpful, courteous and easygoing. When I needed extra towels or anything they were helpful. The heated pool was definitely a plus. Thank you for making my stay comfortable.

The service staff threw out the box for my glasses because it was empty. Don’t fully blame them - just a little upsetting. Only reason for the 4 stars; otherwise a nice place to stay if you want to go the parks.

The owner or manager and staff was friendly. The room was clean. The pool was clean and is big. My family can't not stand a room that have low AC but this room AC work very well which my family was super happy. The location was great. We were close to everything.

I liked the fact that everyone we encountered who worked at the hotel (front desk, owner, housekeeping) was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was kept very clean as was the parking area and pool. There were no rowdy guests or loud parties...it was a very family-friendly place to stay. The rooms were also far enough away from the road as to not hear cars and trucks when you were trying to sleep.

Very convenient and cheap motel to stay at when you need a place last minute. Staff was nice but this place seems outdated. Furniture has chips/scratches on it, just looks old.

A/C would not cool more than 70 for us. Beds were so so. Showers could use some scrubbing. Floors looked clean but if you walked in your socks they would be black. Room needs to be updated, very outdated.
