I honestly don’t know how this hotel has as high of a rating as it does. As soon as i stepped foot into the lobby i could just tell it was going to be a mess. I did the “early check in” online, but yet i still had to go through the entire check in process AGAIN when i arrived. We got put into a room in the building across the parking lot, as soon as we stepped in the second floor hallway it just smelled so awfully of mildew. The walls were so gross and the floors desperately needed a deep clean. We go into our room and the smell of mildew got worse. Both me and my boyfriend noted that the floor had clearly NOT been cleaned there was so much random stuff. the carpet had so many stains as well as the curtains on the window. The furniture had so many chips and cracks, all of the lamps were COVERED in rust and gunk that i could scrape off with my nail so it clearly was never attempted to even be cleaned. The walls were covered in cracks and paint chipping off the wall. The headboard had visible stains and handprints and dust all over them. The bathroom had hair in the shower, and the toilet paper roll they gave us was clearly half used but they tried to fold it to make it look new. There was stains all over the walls and the sink. The door was covered in rust and clear signs of rot, just falling apart. Come to find out that the second building has MOLD problems and they are still putting people in the buildings rooms!!!We got moved to a different room but it was barely any better
