The staff, beginning with the girl that check us in, Bella, the cleansing staff and the wonderful breakfast, the hotel is 2 lights from Universal’s entrance and they gait a shuttle that takes you there daily. Highly recommended.

It was alright. Wasn’t fancy or super nice but it served its purpose. The rooms cooled nicely, beds were ok but my back hurt in the morning but we slept fine. Breakfast was free and standard. Didn’t have to pay for parking and that was appealing!

We liked the hotel due to it's proximity to Universal Studios. On one occasion, when we could not take the car so we took the public bus. The no. 37 bus stop was a few minutes away. There are several buses that go to Universal. The bus stop at Universal is located very close to the park entrance. The breakfast included is also a positive feature.

Very clean and well maintained property. Just over 5 minutes from the Universal studios parking structure. The staff members were nice and courteous. Nice, free continental breakfast with fresh, hot mini omelette, and also waffle maker.

Nice hotel w/ good location to lots of attractions and dining, shopping. The staff is very friendly and accommodating . The room shows some wear and the bathroom sink is quite low and kept clean. Would stay again.

First time at this property and we loved it. From the moment we check-in to the moment we left, staff was welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. The front desk lady who assisted us at check-in, I believe her name is Lala; was awesome! She was very professional and friendly and made us feel welcome. Thank Lala for your wonderful customer service. Hope management know and appreciate your work. Regarding the hotel, it is right across from Universal studios. The beds and pillows were very confortable and the room was clean. Breakfast is included but wich scrambled eggs were made of "real" eggs. Pastries and coffee were great though. Breakfast staff was also awesome. Very friendly, and keeping the area clean and orderly. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!! Tgsnk you all for a great stay. Please keep it up

I enjoyed the proximity to my destination, the clean and comfortable rooms as well as amenities such as breakfast and pool. Staff was friendly and helpful, and they kept a busy breakfast area clean and well stocked. A great stay.

The room was fine. It was even bigger than we usually get at a hotel. They served a full breakfast including waffles, omelets, breakfast meat, cereal, juice, bagels, bread, sweet rolls, yogurt, etc. We were happy with that.

Everything was great, except for a couple of smokers lounging at the pool. This property is nonsmoking so I would expect the pool to be a nonsmoking area too. However, there were no signs indicating this. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the pool because we have a child with asthma.
