No hot water, the restaurant was not in service, old linens. Customer service was indifferent, they had a lot going on and it showed. I wanted to upgrade my room but was given no response. Then leaving the staff was pleasant. I was afraid I may leave with bugs and the water…. Ivwill not stay again the website is not what the property is.

this location is next door to seacrets and was a perfect location for our concert we attended.
