Good room for 2 workers had everything we needed. Only gripe would be it was a bit cold radiator not adequate for room.

Quiet street near to train station but walkable to city attractions. Nice to have lounge/kitchen facilities. Near river so good for pleasant stroll.

Smelly
The property had a nasty smell on entering so opened windows to try and clear the smell. The following morning found that the lounge carpet was wet due to a leak -hence the smell. On reporting the issue the maintence team promptly arrived and were able to rectify the leak in 2 visits. However the smell remained. Perhaps the carpet should have been removed. I reported that the apartment still smelt and was not offered any compensation or thanks for highlighting the issue which could have caused serious damage. I had booked an apartment as I planned to work etc - however I was disturbed twice for the issue (plus it was unpleasant to be in the apartment). Parts of the kitchen/cupboards were removed for the repair. Good location for the station.

Amazing stay
It was so comfortable and clean. Close to everything within walking distance and close to trains. Very safe with all the security in place. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

It’s only about 5 to 6 mins walk to the train station and also convenient to take bus. Short walking distance to the city centre and it’s near the River Side Walk.

Will stay here again, everything was great. Close to buses, rail line, city centre. Norwich is a lovely city with easy access to the county

Nightmare :(
Sadly this was the worst place I have ever stayed. The heating broke on the Thursday, we arrived Friday evening. There was 0 communication about this, otherwise I would not have arrived and paid to sleep in the cold (in the middle of winter). I contacted the owner and there was no apology or sincerity at all. Instead we were told to use the plug in heater, which we had already used of course but this cannot be left on through the night due to fire hazards. Had I been told prior I would have had time to cancel and find elsewhere. Instead I spent my second day in a caffe looking for a hotel last minute. Most importantly, I came to visit my partner who I hadn't seen for 4 months and we lost this valuble time together over this. The neighbours dog was barking for the majority of the evening and due to the excessive wind the window was making a continuous whistling noise (room 3). Not to mention the plate I went to use from the top cupboard had a dead fly on it. The lack of cleanliness alone would have been enough for me to not return.

Wonderful
Absolutely brilliant location right by the river and by the train station. There was an annoying green security light in the room, but that could easily be solved with a small but of tape at night Had everything needed in the room for a lovely weekend away or longer and incredibly confortable beds
