"A very important requirement for me is wifi To there credit they did change my room (I feel sorry for the person who got that old room because wifi is nonexistent The new room had its wifi issues as well If they fix the wifi issue then this hotel is 10/10 Room size,cleanliness,price it has it all "

"We arrived in the afternoon at the hotel and we were amazed how friendly the staff were and even more with the ice cold drink and refreshing cold towel on a very hot day in Thailand. The room itself was almost perfect , just needed a paint here and there. The shower was hot so no complaints in the morning .views are stunning from the sea view balconies and perfect for some quiet time . Free shuttle to theend of the road, then hop on a tuk tuk .great stay happy to leave good feed back ."

"Overall a decent hotel and I enjoyed my stay. It has great exercise facilities (as per the Sports Hotel name) and the location is good if you want quiet time away from Walking Street. The hotel itself is a bit tired and most of the staff (outside of reception) spoke minimal English. The Muay Thai/MMA facilities were also great however I found the sessions underwhelming. Aside from 20 mins with a trainer, you're on your own for the remaining 1hr 40 mins. No one that lead a warm up, stretches...

"Diring check in they infored the room is not available in the Chrystal palace luxury hotel and they provided room is Cyrstal palace std hotel And service was very bad Cleanliness inside room was also worst Bed sheet and pillow covers are very old even we have dought that is washed or not Some what we managed by using our stuff Bath room also found very dirty ... As they not provide the room as per my booking, we need to request refund ."

"It was not what i expected for 900 bajt per night. Also so many hotels say they have a fitness centre. Expedia, you need to look at that. Time and time again tue equipment is not up to scratch."
