"Modern and clean"

"The hotel has everything for kids and restaurants are nearby in abundance. The sea at the time we were there (April) wasn’t super Thailand like clean. Found it strange that the hotel bar was empty and not showing any sports on the tv. It needs an update and you could see signs of it having been empty during Covid. Staff were friendly, apart from when we asked for sports coverage in the then empty bar for the kids to watch. "

"We loved our stay. The pool is beautiful, the rooms are good, be is a little hard for those who like soft mattress. Breakfast is very asian style with plenty of salty dish, but there is no cheese or bacon as continental breakfast. The staff are nice. "

"Avoid at all cost. I booked but hotel was closed. I didn't get a refund. I tried to call their telephone but no one picked up. So stay away from this place. This is the second time this has happened. I don't know why Hotel.com still has this available on their site. I couldn't even speak to a Hotel.com customer service. All directed to automated responses. "

"Very pleasant stay"

"Overall a decent hotel and I enjoyed my stay. It has great exercise facilities (as per the Sports Hotel name) and the location is good if you want quiet time away from Walking Street. The hotel itself is a bit tired and most of the staff (outside of reception) spoke minimal English. The Muay Thai/MMA facilities were also great however I found the sessions underwhelming. Aside from 20 mins with a trainer, you're on your own for the remaining 1hr 40 mins. No one that lead a warm up, stretches...
