We had a great stay at the Harbour House. The staff was exceptional and were very helpful with setting up breakfast, arranging shuttle services, and making the check in process very easy. Parking was a bonus and super easy. The location was great - only a block or two back from the Main Street - so easy to walk to dinner and the shops. Our only complaint would be that the room was a little run down. The bathroom shower was very small and very dark.

This hotel was great on every level. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location was great with free convenient parking. The included breakfast was a nice treat. It wasn't just your typical continental breakfast or make-your-own waffle buffet, but it included nice breads and pastries, a sweet bread pudding and a savoury frittata, fresh fruit and yogurts, and more. There was also a late afternoon social hour, with free wine and cheese. The hotel also is connected to a great wine tour that was just what we wanted. We would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Niagara-on-the-Lake.
