The property itself was fine, especially given the price that we paid. Although the suite was spacious, the bathroom was old and in dire need of a renovation. The kitchen was also very outdated and with limited utensils, plates, and other necessities. The furniture was fine, but it was clear that it had been around for a while. The windows had worn out shades and there was a lot of light coming in through the bedroom window, despite having the shades and the curtain drawn during the night. Overall, the place was good, and it gives you basic amenities. Also, the front desk staff could be a lot nicer and welcoming. Both the place and the staff were a bit rough around the edges. As for the neighborhood, it's an interesting place, very historic and close to public transportation. However, there are a lot of homeless people in the nearby parks and at night it could be a little rough if you're not familiar with the area.
