At checkout there was a $500 charge for smoking in the room. This would be understandable if, say, I had smoked/vaped in the room, but I hadn't. I don't even smoke or vape in general! Upon discovering this, I informed the front desk staff of the error and hoped to see it resolved. To my disappointment, the manager on duty was less than helpful (promised to "conduct an investigation" but I've seen no evidence to that effect, said she'd email me a copy of the smoke sensor report and never did, etc.).
For the significant price (I paid over $500 USD per night), one would hope for better customer service than this. At a minimum, one would hope not to be charged unnecessary fees.
