This is based off my experience. We arrived early before 4pm check in. Our room was not ready but was offer another room that was available at an extra charge per night. We declined and left our bags with concierge while we explored the city. Staff was nice and so was the gentlemen handling our bag.
I appreciated the $40/ day credit we were allowed to use. The coffee place had great service and coffee. The food was sad. I ordered BEC sandwich and the eggs looked like they were cooked day prior and left to dry up and used for sandwich. It was gross. I grabbed fruit cup. How could anyone mess up on fruits? Well, it looked like old fruit from days prior that was left out and reused for breakfast. Coffee great. Food quality is very questionable.
House keeping was great and nice. We tipped each day.
On the day of departure, our flight was at 3pm so we decided to leave our bags with concierge again after check out while we grabbed breakfast.
We tipped when we got our bags back. They even offered to call car service for us to airport but we found Lyft was more affordable.. on the airplane my husband couldn’t find his ear buds. The ones he left with concierge in backpack that was zipped up unexpose but sat on top zipped. It was there prior to check out and not there after seated on plane. That ruined my likeness of the hotel. So if one needs to leave their bags with concierge I would recommend locking your bags and not to leave anything valuable.
