I was sleeping in a room with dirty stains on the sheets the floors were dirty. I had a leak in the room. We had to move my room to another room there was no iron for the clothes

The room was disgusting!!! The place is a motel, the front desk unhelpful. I really wish I could get my money back! The bathroom was super gross. I was so nasty I wanted to leave but didn’t have any where else to go, since he didn’t want to give a refund. I didn’t expect it to be perfect, because of the price. Definitely didn’t expect it to be dirty. If I was an inspector I would close this hotel. The sink was dirty the tub was dirty, there was a stick substance near the bed. Cup have residue on the dresser. Don’t go! If you can.

The pictures are misleading. The room was filthy. There were no wash rags. The floor looked like it wasn’t swept in months. The sheets blankets and towels has stains on them. The pillows were flat and the bed felt like it was going to cave in every time you sat on it. The bathroom was not clean also, the shower has stuff leftover from the last guests. Hair in the tub etc.

Hotel wasn’t accommodating or helpful in resolving solutions or recommendations for its guests. Front desk was very disrespectful and rude unfriendly and more concerned with the movie he was looking at then helping the customer.

I didn’t like the hotel, the room was run down, holes in the wall, bathroom dirty, no wash cloths, 7 working TV channels!!! Would never stay there again!!!!
