The hotel was located in a great location on 45th St W between 5th and 6th. The check in was quick and seamless, and so was the check out. I loved that you could check your bags at the front desk on arrival and departure to allow for more sight seeing. Our room was on the 7th floor and was located in a quiet location. You could not hear any street or hallway noise which was a plus for me. Would definitely stay there again.

Although well situated in the Times Square area, this is a pleasant boutique hotel, but the rooms are small, the beds are not queen but doubles, and there is no breakfast. Nice for a short stay, and the front desk people were nice and efficient.

Great staff, clean rooms, nice hot water, comfy beds. Walkable to subway and Time Square. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great bar in their lounge area with happy hour 4-6, awesome bartender. We felt safe, pretty quiet except trash pickup time. Will stay again.

The room and bathroom were clean and well appointed. Especially liked that there were large sized body lotion and shampoo. Large lounge in the main lobby with great bar. Felt very safe and secure in the area which was very close to Times Square. Excellent staff especially Joanne and Justin. Thanks for making our stay in New York an amazing one!

The property is located right in the heart of the Theatre district with Broadway right on the doorstep. The Hotel is set just off the extremely busy Broadway and makes it idea for those wanting a central location without all the noise! The staff were lovely and very helpful, but some of the areas and facilities within the hotel are quite dated and a bit shabby.

It was our first time in NYC and i couldnt have asked for a better trip. Club quarters times square staff are amazing, helpful, friendly. We felt like we were staying with friends, they are quick to help with questions, and so so so nice. This hotel has the perfect location, 3 min walk to the heart of times square. Great local bars with awesome food near by. Shopping on 5th was also a 3 min walk but in the other direction. Felt safe the whole time. We landed at about 10 am friday morning and took the AirTran then the subway from JFK to our hotel, our room wasnt ready yet but they kept our luggage while we started touring NYC. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you CQ!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room felt a little smaller than it looked in the pictures but it was a comfortable and clean room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect it’s about a 10min walk to several places. Like grand central station, time square, Rockefeller center, Central Park, Bryant park. We booked one of the tour buses and only got on once since we could just walk everywhere. 5th Avenue right around the corner for shopping.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was walking distance from Broadway and there were many restaurant options. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to other travellers

This property was just okay. The room was very very very very very small. Literally just enough room to turn around. Definitely not worth the price. 350 a night was way too much for this property. The staff were friendly and very helping and very very kind.

Area is in Time Square so very convent but the building is older so you can literally hear all the noises outside. Wish they install noise cancellations within the room. Great staff and very friendly!
