When we walked in the room it smelled moldy. I didn’t see any mold until I took a shower. Mold was on the ceiling in the shower. The phone wasn’t working in the room. We kept getting locked out of our room. One employer said they believe the key pad battery was going dead and she was sorry we had been going through this the 2 days. She also said someone should have changed our room. The lady came while we was gone to clean the room. They only changed the trash. Didn’t touch anything else. You have to wait to get buzzed in the gate to get to your room. Sometimes nobody was at the desk. So we had to drive to the front door to wait for someone to come. Then tell them we was trying to get to our room. Just to get to the room and still not be able to get in. I will not be staying here ever again!!! The good thing about this hotel is the employees was nice. That’s it. Limited breakfast. The employee said for breakfast it’s whatever they have back there. They never know

If staying more than one night be ready to request towels etc. There is no room turnover. It’s very loud right by a busy ramp of the interstate. Staff was very kind and helpful.

The room was not very clean. The floor was sticky and my socks were black on the bottom due to that. The bathroom was also not very clean at all and I had to use my own cleaning product to wipe it down.

The nastiest hotel I’ve ever seen in my life. Their system sucks because they literally gave me keys to rooms that were already occupied TWICE. I ended up requesting a refund and leaving. Don’t stay hear. There was a leaky roof in one of the rooms. This hotel is a health hazard with Bucks and crackheads walking around. No thanks!

Hotel Room tv didn’t work at first she put me in a room where Repair work was being done no toilet paper holder second room spiderwebs behind the door no toilet paper holder All over The The ceilings were peeling very bad debris could have fallen while sleeping. The smell was so bad I could barely breathe. This is ridiculous. I asked for a refund and they denied it not acceptable to customers this way I would not recommend and I will never go back.

The surroundings seems not too much safe specially at night. Building too old and need renovation. Breakfast is not attractive. A/C very noisy . Mattress too soft and you can feel the springs. Better to pay a little bit more .

The room I book was not available and 8 had to settle for something different than what I paid for. There were nets in the room. The refrigerator was dirty, the floor was not clean. This was hair stuck in the headboard, the bathroom sink and counter was not clean. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling.

The property was nice but the mildew in the bathroom inside the shower on the ceiling was pretty nasty and needs to be treated other than that I enjoy my stay here and I’m always staying at the New Orleans location in Mew Orleans East

There is an employee “Tony” who was very helpful in giving us information on the area. Also, was a cook. Made us some delicious wings. Then, ended up being our Uber driver. Hard worker and very kind. Only thing that was a bummer was the water pressure in the shower. There was none. Took me about 45 min shampoo and condition my hair.

Room door looks like someone busted through it before. Basic room did the job, considering we stayed out all night and only used the room to rest and shower up the last four hours before checkout.

Expedia should avoid promoting hotels like this one. This hotel is the worst hotel we have ever booked. It is located in the worst neighborhood in New Orleans. The hotel is surrounded by dirty prostitutes, it is filthy, unsafe, etc. Hotel didn't want to reimburse us the money, Expedia didn't reimburse the money neither help in any way. I ended up opening a dispute claim with my credit card sending proof of this horrible and bad hotel to get our money back.
