Terrible. Lights doesn't work, toilet seat isn't bolted, bedsheets are stained with blood and what looked like dried semen. Don't bring your family here.

Our plane was grounded due to weather. When I called to let them know we would be late, they would not check us in and canceled the reservation still charging us. Additionally, the person that we spoke to onsight was very rude.

Elevator and Ice machine not working, however room was clean and staff were efficient. It’s an older property but for the price it was an excellent value for a single male traveler.

Our first room was dirty and we were going to deal, until we realized that the shower didn’t turn on, water just ran from the faucet. They switched us to a new room which was still dirty and had not been fully serviced, but the shower worked. The rooms had not been vacuumed and seemed to not have surfaces wiped down. Every sheet/comforter/towel in the room had pretty gross looking stains on them. In general the place felt unsafe. I would not want to be outside alone especially at night, even just to walk to my car.

Stay away. I made a reservation through Expedia. I called ahead to advise them that I’ll have a late arrival. They said that as long as I check in before 2am all is fine. I arrived around 1:30am. The front desk employee proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have any rooms available and having a reservation didn’t matter. Unbelievable.

This property was very dirty and run down. Multiple outlets in the room did not work. The light in the bathroom did not work, so I had to shower in the dark. There were gnats flying up from out of the sink. It was dirty and really and truly needs some help. The only reason I stayed there was because it was close to the airport and I wasn't staying for very long, just long enough to need a bed for the night.

Very unprofessional staff upon checking in -non caring clearly not interested in her job. She was worse when we found clumps of dog feces in the room assigned to us. No apologies whatsoever. Left and booked a different hotel.

It was horrible the staff was rude the elevator was broke and we were on the third floor and we had a lot of luggage. We only had one towel and the lady at the front desk told us we had to wait until the morning. We immediately checked out the same day.

This hotel is super bad, the hallways are super dirty, the room has bad smell, they don’t wash the carpet, the took all my personal items, I reported it to the front deck, they didn’t do anything and the wort manager doesn’t care about anything and is very rude, the wort experience in my life in this hotel and still waiting for the manager call from her investigation of what happened in my room I know she will never call me

dead bugs and cigarette butts in the room, horrible smell… like a disgusting stinch. there is also rust in the bathtub. that is a hazard i could slip fall, cut myself and get tetanus.

This place is actually disgusting don’t stay here. The biggest regret next to choosing this place was not taking pictures of the disgusting bath tub covered in rust stains. Not to mention the rooms smell like smoke and pee. We couldn’t even sleep there, we had to go buy a new hotel. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Look elsewhere.

The hotel not only was not in terrible condition but everything was dirty. Towels were dirty and used when we got to our room. The sink was clogged and there was no hot water. The door also did not close all the way. I was travelling with a service dog and was told “well how do I know it’s really a service dog” when checking in. Overall it was a terrible experience.

The people there were so nice. The hotel was beyond filthy to where it was a permanent filth. It needs to be overhauled PDQ! The light fixture had a short in it in our room we had to unscrew the bulb to where the light would stop flickering. The second floor carpet oh my word that was bad. It’s not the employees fault it’s the hotels because you can only do so much. We had to change room keys three times because the door didn’t want to work.

Spend more and go elsewhere.
Sheets on one of beds hadn’t been changed from previous guests. Stains on sheets, covers and mattresses and box springs. Water still on floor from previous guests in bathroom. Bathroom light went out within a few hours of being in room however maintenance came same day as we reported it. Walls have been painted recently (over mold in bathroom) however rest of furniture needs updating.

I absolutely hated the room.I didn’t want to take a shower or brush my teeth due to how dirty it looks. I did not enjoy my stay and I deserve a refund. The room it self was dirty, had roaches and the bathroom flooded

Ms Ro is great woman her staff great people too but my room didn’t get cleaned till up on Wednesday day before check out on Thursday but GOD made away HalleluYah and I had to get a key made every day up to Wednesday just so happen a maintenance guy happened to be there n fixed the problem
