We stayed here during a water outage across the whole parish. But this hotel tried everything in their power to keep guest calm and safe. I love how every room comes with a kitchen automatically. I have absolutely no complaints. By far one of the best places we have stayed. Everyone was so nice. The hospitality was so amazing, the airport was with in minutes away, everything was so perfect here and during our trip.

The lobby smelled like cigarettes and the hallway where the elevator was located smelled like marijuana. There was dirt and dead bugs under the bed (bed was in a raised frame) and under the table next to the bed. I contacted Expedia to see about being moved to another hotel. I was informed that since I already checked in that my reservation couldn't be cancelled. The hotel would refund the deposit. I hope that I can receive a full refund for this reservation. I moved to a hotel across the street and it was more expensive.

The positives were the staff... all so friendly and helpful... and the location so close to the airport and walking distance from food places. The negatives... the room was advertised shower/tub but only had a shower (needed tub). On top.of that, the bed frame was essentially a cot. The room.was very dirty with rust stains on everything. Furniture was dirty with vinyl peeling. No utensils, cookware, or dishware, not even at front desk. The staff was wonderful but would never recommend this.

I was called to the front desk about my service animal that i advised i had when i checked in. The manager stated in an aggressive tone that i had not let them know that i had a service animal. I tried to provide my service animal credentials and my letter from the VA. She refused the documents and told me that i had to pay or leave. When i questioned why she was being disrespectful she said that she "will kick me out right now." I tried to explain but continued to threaten me. She then asked me what my service animal was for. Reluctantly and in fear of being told to leave, i told her PTSD. She then insinuated that i was lying because i left my dog in the room for my first day at my new job in a new city. I offered to pay for my dog in an attempt to defuse the situation. She required that i sign a document agreeing to pay for my service animal for which i did. When i asked if i could read the document she said "sign it or leave." I did nothing to provoke this woman and tried everything to calm the situation. I contacted corporate three times and they would not return my call. It is sad that the organization has this kind of culture. It is the last time i spend money with them.

When I woke up my sink had gotten backed up or something and filled with revolting smelling water. Would not have been cooking anywhere near that if I had been staying longer and I had to leave quickly in the morning because of how off putting it was.

If I could I would get a refund for this stay I would . Only reason I stayed is because by the time I checked the room and did my inspection I was already charged for the room and, didn’t have immediate funds to get another hotel somewhere. Also on their website it says you have to pay a $100 security deposit if you PAY IN CASH, but you have to pay the $100 regardless. Room had stains, chair was ripped up, bad smell throughout the hotel, just wasn’t a good experience

Worst hotel experience!!!
First I'll start with them trying to charge me a smoking fee WHEN I DON'T EVEN SMOKE!!! The hotel itself looks nice if I'm being honest but there is a spoiled smell or old water smell that's been sitting up some like mold idk throughout the building... The TV didn't work no one could fix it either... The wood on the bathroom door is starting to rot which also may be the smell... Bad experience with this place all together!!! I took pictures too the system won't let me post them
