When we arrived we had to ring several times and yell because the man was in their living area & could not hear. We got to our room #10 and it was very cold inside. Temp outside was 42 on new years eve. The heater was an conditioning type unit in the wall at ceiling. Warm air only and the settings either did not work or was fixed so we could not increase the heat from 70 nor raise the fan from low. It took 2 hours to get to where we removed our coats. I had a chest cold, so that made matters worse. The TV had to be rebooted and there was no way we could figure how to do it, No phone in the room to call for assistance with anything. No coffee or maker was in the room. The bathroom was okay but the stool was real low and I had to have help getting up. The shower knob was missing to change from tub to shower and the towels was so thin and ruff that they had to of been there from day one. We will not recommend this place to anyone. There was no service, no ice available that we new of and almost all the laundry rooms equipment did not work. What a shame, even though the price was CHEAP, the conditions could have been better and we would of paid more. The guy (from India) acted like he did not care about anything we ask or comment on. To Bad!!!!!!!
