The room was huge. It had a tub and separate shower with a water closet. The bed was very comfy and even had a couch. The air conditioning worked great. I had to ask for soap and shampoo but I'm sure it was just forgotten. The breakfast was good and the coffee in the room was good.too. The walk to Front St. was a little far. I enjoyed my stay.

I liked the lobby. It reminded me of an old chateau ( which was probably intended!). The rooms were clean and spacious. We enjoyed the Happy Hour. The breakfast was a little disappointing, though. Limited choices of fresh fruit, just scrambled eggs, biscuits and bacon.

Nice place to stay and right down town and on the river. Only negative was the fitted sheet did not fit the bed, so bunched up in the middle.

The staff was amazing. So kind and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff were so pleasant. Parking was a bit inconvient as there was a wedding . Rooms a bit outdated but clean and very spacious.

The hotel is run down; it lacks staff, the couple of people do their best but impossible to manage a hotel with so short staff. The room had an old A/C unit and there was a bug like a roach that I killed and left it on the floor for proof. The bed was old and one could slide on the sides. The only good thing was that we had enough clean towels! No body soap dispenser in the shower the dining room has chairs that are peeling and in general the floors were dirty! One thing is for sure. We won’t stay there anymore!

Took 45 minutes to check in and there was no assistance in the front. Walls were paper thin and the food was not of good quality.

First and never!!! To not receive a phone call or text saying my room was canceled. Then to go to another hotel and told everything was good to go! Then find out i had to pay for another hotel because they didnt do anything they said.

Wow! 30 minutes to have someone check you in, once checked in if you went to your room you didn’t have a key to leave because of the power was off. We decided to go eat, came back another 20 minutes behind one person checking in to get our room keys. Finally got room keys after having to sign for them. Power came on while going to room!! Keys would work in 2 or our 3 rooms. A guy that worked there let us into one room, his master key wouldn’t work on one of the rooms, another room was assigned, 15 more minutes to get good keys! This place definitely needs an emergency plan for power outages and emergencies.

My favorite thing was the breakfast in the dining room. The polite and friendly lady who served (and cooked it too, I'd guess) was very nice, answering my questions about the original paintings. The grits were fantastic! There was almost no water pressure in the shower and to toilet was very difficult to flush. The bed was comfortable, but very high off the floor.

Hotel is beautiful and perfect for the historic location of Natchitoches. Only was able to stay one night, but will definitely stay again. Staff was friendly, especially in the breakfast area.

Overall we had a good stay, but there were slight issues. Our room was filthy. My daughter’s feet were BLACK from the floors, there were beer cans and spoons behind the bed, very dusty. Breakfast wasn’t good but not a big deal. It was very close to all the places we need to be this weekend. We would stay again in hopes that it’s cleaner next time.

Overall our stay was great. The hotel is lovely and clean. But the room that we stayed in connected to another room apparently. The walls were super thin and the occupants next door was loud and came in and out of their room a lot. We only stayed one night so we dealt with it, but it would have been a problem if we were there any longer.

We booked a room for two nights. No hot water on Tuesday evening; wife had a cold shower. No hot water on Wednesday morning; I had a cold shower. We stayed somewhere else on Wednesday night. No refund for the night we did not stay. I would suggest you consider another hotel.
