STAY AWAY! 1) staff are not consistent on information they give you 2)they will book your room and give it to other people 3)There’s NO ELEVATOR & VERY OLD for the price they’re charging 4) It only has 1 washer and 1 dryer for the whole hotel-very small washer but it’s $6 to use washer only. The staff are family and they micromanage your stay. - like how much milk is used at breakfast, watching you go to laundry room etc so you feel harassed

The only negative was the free breakfast was somewhat dismal. Very limited and the coffee was not hot.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast needs some improving. Coffee wasn't fresh and cold. Not enough food out at 7:00 in the morning.

The property was under construction. They put us in a room directly next to a room where they were working. Hammering, drilling, and other loud noises for hours! The hallway was full of old building materials. Our daughter couldn't get to sleep due to the noise. Not notified of this at check-in. We were told it would end at a certain time and it did not.

Good for price — Overall clean, but bit dusty and a non-working lamp. (There were 3 other working lamps.) Noisy outside too late. Friendly staff, but housekeeping was knocking despite privacy sign on door and 45 min before checkout.

First Red Roof Inn I have stayed at in over 20 years. Wasn't expecting much for the price and was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were clean and are a nice size. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Check in was quick and efficient. Only issue is there is no elevator but only 2 floors so not so bad. Would stay here again if back in the area.

Bed and bedding were very good; and room size & condition were excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast had literally nothing of interest (extremely limited) and coffee was sub-par, but for the price I will give it two thumbs up.

Close to interstate, but we missed the street the hotel was on. The bathroom has some grout issues, but every was clean. We booked late, through Expedia so checkin was slow. They couldn’t find the paid reservation.

The staff was very friendly the hotel was clean. One thing they should improve on is their breakfast that’s probably one of the worst set ups I’ve ever seen at a hotel.

There was nothing done to the parking lot or the entrance exit area when the winter storm hit, which made it dangerous for cars coming in and out, cars parked and people walking.
We expected more for breakfast, all they had was frozen waffles, slices of bread and some cereal.
