We paid for a room with a queen bed—and the hotel clerk called it that—but the bed was actually smaller, a full-sized double bed instead. This is a good inexpensive hotel to take kids, as there’s a good amount for them to do.

We were in an area where there were several.people just hanging out outside around the rooms. Then when we got inside a strong smell of urine hit you. I put my suitcase on the floor and sat on the bed and there were bedbugs crawling. We got our things and left and got a different hotel!

On-line pictures are deceiving, bugs in my room, dirty pillow cases, tv controller hardly worked, front door to your room doesn't seal allowing creepy crawlers to bring you company while you try to sleep. The restaurant next door THE LOST PATTY Irish Pub and the front desk clerk were the only 2 things going for this property. They are trying to maintain this place to the best of their abilities but you get what you pay for here.

It's hard to tell if this is a run down property that is being renovated, or a nice property that's been run down. There was a maintenance crew and obvious improvements being made when we were there. For the price it's fine, but it's a little rough around the edges. If you just need a place to rest your head before a flight it's a decent option with a handful of restaurants near by if you get hungry

This place is horrid. When we were pulling up the driveway, my husband and I looked at each other hoping that was the wrong place. It is in the industrial area of Memphis. Lower income and looked unsafe. The place itself looks unkempt, outdated, dirty, swimming pool was empty, roaches were everywhere on the property. If you want a roach motel this is one. It is not a hotel, so be aware. Questionable people all around, women coming in and getting out of rooms in various states of undress. It looked like a place that is rented by the hour if you catch my drift. I didn’t get out of the parking lot, my husband got out and took pictures of the empty pool and roaches. The employee at the front desk promised a refund but now either the same employee or manager is refusing to refund me even though we did not stay and checked out within a few minutes. The time I was there I was sitting in the car attempting to contact Expedia so they could contact the property and Expedia told us they couldn’t get ahold of anyone even though the mere was someone at the front desk just letting the phone ring. So to summarize, bad location, dirty, has needed a paint job since Clinton was president, roaches galore, manager is not helpful and I wouldn’t be surprised if there are bed bugs too.

The room was clean. Exterior of building did not appear to be well kept.. Lots of steps and did notice an elevator so if you have bad knees this is not the place to stay. We left a day early.

The property is not what is represented i By the website photos. The place was dirty, many visible repairs needed, and seemed dirty. Disappointed we had to pay $25 for early check in (2 hrs). Unfortunately would never stay here again, nor recommend...our total of $305 for 1 night was definitely not worth it

We came to the area for the first time and were very impressed with the hotel. Great for a weekend trip. Inside the room was very clean, very comfortable bed, everything appeared new and up to date. Very convenient to downtown- only about a 10 min Uber to concerts/ bars and shops. Great for people who just need a nice place to stay without wanting to spend time using hotel amenities.

Overall terrifying experience. The front desk guy didn’t know what he was doing all while had two people come ask for room keys while he was checking us in. Went ahead and gave them room keys without asking for any identification or name on reservation. Finally after the guy found our reservation he announced my name 4 times during this process (full name) and then our ROOM NUMBER in front of not so pleasant looking people. When we got to the room our room keys did not work. We went back the front desk guy told us the door battery might be dead and didn’t really have an answer after that. I kindly handed back the room key and said I’m not staying here. Didn’t want to risk a random stranger walking into my room and by the sight of one of the rooms I did not want to stay there. Not safe. There is no lights walking up to the room. Very scary.

The staff was the best aspect of this property. Hotel is not in a great area. Looked like there were a few people living long term in some of the rooms, maybe workers- I’m not sure. I made sure to park my car directly in front of the office for extra security. Interior of the room was run down and walls paper thin but beds seemed clean. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Would not recommend! The walls are super thin, you could hear the people talking in the rooms on both sides as well as their tvs. The whole floor of our room was damp and smelled like urine. The beds are like pull out couch beds. The pictures on their site do falsely show what the actual hotel is like.

This property was shockingly rundown. The pool was empty. EMPTY, as in no water. (That wasn’t even mentioned at the front desk during checking in) The lawn and garden areas were overgrown, it looked abandoned.The pool furniture was piled up and shoved into a corner. The room we stayed in had cute decor in the wall but it was filthy and so rundown. Dirty walls, dirty towels, broken lampshade. When I went to the workout room in the morning after my run on the treadmill I was locked in the room. The door was broken and wouldn’t open from the inside. One of the other doors was chain and padlocked shut. After trying to call the front desk I found a way out through the “game room”. The breakfast was ok, but they were out of bacon and run out of waffles when we got there before 8:00am. Breakfast was from 6-9am I will say that the person that checked us in was friendly. I would AVOID.

First off, staff is great! Very nice people. Rooms were ok, but no room cleaning at all during the stay. Hot water disappeared on the 2 nd say. Called front desk and it was handled within an hour. Sheets and towels were clean, but mattress was a lumpy mess. Hard to get a restful sleep. Game room had a pool table, but was in very poor shape. Ball travel went in what the devil prescribed. Breakfast was ok. Eggs and sausage, cereal, waffles, juice, coffee. Styrofoam plates and plastic ware. Room was big with two queen beds, kitchenette, microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom had stand shower only. No fan.

Went from great to terrible in less than a month.
Stayed here over New Years. It had an awesome price, good restaurant next door, very spacious, great amenities to name a few things. However, I decided to come back at the beginning of February, the price of the room had not only been raised but over 2x as much as it was last time I stayed here. For reference, you could get a week stay for roughly $450 dollars (during NYE in Nashville mind you), and now is around $990 dollars per week. After I tried to get a lower rate to stay in the area with no resolution, I asked why the price had gone up so drastically as nothing has changed (except for the fact the entire parking lot was completely filled the last time and now had maybe 20 cars all around). The response that I received was that they had done "renovations"... I must have missed that part as the room I had gotten had less than I had the time previously, less space, a half fridge, which was not what was advertised, a very dirty room that had bugs crawling. I ended up not staying another night and switched locations. I wished there was a way I could have refunded this experience as it was a complete turn-around as to what I had seen previously and very disappointing as I really liked everything about it the first visit.
