Room was very clean and newly remodeled. Extra big towels were so nice. The white linens were such a crisp white.

I was disappointed in my stay . I called in advance not long before the trip maybe 5 days . I confirmed the pool and jacuzzi was in working conditions. We went to the pool it was very cold . The jacuzzi was not working at all . The sign on the door was laminated so I know it was not just added it had been there for a while . We were in town for a dance completion and the kids like to relax and swim with friends . We booked this place specifically for how close it was to the venue and the pool / jacuzzi . I wish they had been upfront about it being out of order .

Great location for a mediocre hotel. Pleasant staffer at front desk and was accommodating. The lobby looked like it had been furnished from a 1985 yard sale with dirty and ripped furniture all around. Place was poorly maintained, painted and no upkeep. Basically its all about location, location, location. Otherwise the place is a dump. Avoid this dump!!

Aqua Blue was right on the water and had nice views from the room. The room's bathroom seemed like it had been renovated recently and was quite clean. The outside of the property had a dingy look to it and the inside smelled musty and a bit old. TV in the room was quite outdated.

Great location - walking to the beach and beautiful coastline. Very convenient, staff were helpful and accommodating. Bummer the pool has not been open during any of my off season visits.

The TV didn’t work in our room. They gave us another room right away no problem. That tv didn’t work either. It is in a beautiful location. You can walk to the beach.

Think Twice About This Place!!
Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. ESPECIALLY Ashley, Soo sweet, and professional. But the hotel leaves alot to be desired. Except for the location. Location is great. Hotel is dilapidated. No amenities for the price they charge is not worth it. They don't believe in curtains for rooms.. only shades if you don't have a balcony with sliding doors?? Soo room looks like a prison cell. I did complain and get relocated due to this reason. Avoid this place!!

The pool hot top wasn’t working no gym? You spend all the money just to sleep the T.v ether was not the best small but was clean room and was nothing offer like breakfast ether specially around this time off the year cold outside nothing to do much and you got nothing to offer sorry .

Need to work out some kinks.
Lots of kinks during our short stay. Reception did their best to rectify situation. No restaurant as advertised but there is one next door. If you visit in the summer would be a great location. Very close to the towers.

Was surprised at how small bathroom and shower areas were. View to beach was awkward facing. The jacuzzi was not working at all, and was one feature I booked this hotel for.

Time for an upgrade
Room condition could use an upgrade - lighting, electrical, spa tub all needed repair. But location can't be beat and balconies a plus.

I wanted to stay near the water and the ocean is across the street. Numerous restaurant s are in walking distance. Room was clean and we were able to go to the.indoor pool. Just perfect! Although we were there off peak, there is so much to explore nearby.

October Stay
The TV’s did not work. We brought this to the attention of the front desk on the first night, she had us move to a different room then after we moved our stuff, we had to move back because she said the room was booked for the next day. The next day we went to the front desk and they had no clue what we were talking about and said maintenance was not there. Nothing could be done. We paid almost $500 for a hotel that needs updating, rooms need air fresheners, they smell very moldy and no TV. It advertises a restaurant but there isn’t one. I requested a call from the manager to discuss the room and overall hotel. The gentleman who was working the front desk said he would leave a note. I haven’t heard from the manager yet. At one time I think this was a very upbeat/popular hotel but it needs updating and better systems for when there is a complaint. None of the employees knew what to do.

The property is in a great location and front desk employee was helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is not kept up. There are scratches on the walls, missing molding, stains on the carpet and water spots on the ceiling on floor P. Rooms are overly fragranced, as if they are trying to hide a musty odor. It is disappointing, it could be so nice. We have stayed at the hotel several times over the last few years and we can see how the property is declining. I hope they can clean it up.

perfect for a windown before fall. not lots to do but the beach so if it rains you have to find and drive places. but it was perfect weather and relaxing. the hotel was not directly across the beach but walkable.

The hotel is right across the street from the Narragansett beach which is a gorgeous place to swim, surf and play.
