Parking for check in is limited. The new building looks good, however, there's an older one too. The rooms are big and view is nice. Front desk and room cleaning crew communication is not great. The cleaning crew basically didn't know the room was occupied. She' just entered without knocking. Overall, we're satisfied.

Our room had an amazing view but was in poor condition The furniture was very battered and old, there were significant areas of damage in the unit.The beds were comfortable and the place was fairly clean. Would probably not stay there again

This hotel was very clean. Our room was great, very quiet while we slept. The beach was clean and close to the hotel. Plenty of pools if we didn't want to go to the beach.

Nice property steps from the beach… the floors were a little dirty and some very minor cosmetic issues in the bathroom the room itself was nice… would stay again without any hesitation!

Property was unsafe and violent and hotel security guards did nothing when fights broke out in the parking lot and turned away from it and went back on their phones after gingerly trying to stop what was happening. DO NOT take your kids here, if you want a "Nicer" spot in the Ghetto to stay then yes this is for you but dont expect hotel to be safe

My partner and I stayed for a few days and we were absolutely impressed. The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was well-maintained. One of the dishes in the room still has pasta stuck to the bottom when we got there, but there's a dishwasher in the room we stayed in, so it was an easy fix all. There are multiple pools and hot tubs to use. There are multiple restaurants nearby (I recommend Johnny D's for breakfast and Ramando's Italian Restaurant for dinner).

The view from our balcony was beautiful. The housekeepers did a great job except sand was on our floor before and throughout iur stay. The thing that completely ruined our last 3 days was that a nearby room had people smoking cigarettes and marijuana and vaping nearly non stop out on their balcony. The smoke was bliwn right into our room causing us to not be able to enjoy our balcony or even leave our sliding door open. The GM was condescending to me about the situation even though I explained that my husband has a terminal illness and we came to enjoy the fresh ocean air. BEWARE: this resort is NOT a non smoking resort as advertised.

Overall, we were satisfied with our 14 night stay at this property. It was clean but needed a lot of things to make it nicer (old furniture, stained sofa, rust in the bathroom, walls peeling, etc.). Everybody from the staff is very nice. During the week, it was smoother and quiet. But Friday and Saturday nights were noisy, party in the hallway and in the rooms until late at night-early mornings. Security had to come past midnight. Other than that, everything else was good (location, parking, pools, elevators, beach).

As a resort, I had higher expectations. The conditions of the property were clean but weathered (age and climate). Not sure if it was our specific unit or all units. There was a lot of rusting, peeling wood and fixtures. Our slider door did not lock properly and could be yanked open (at least from the inside), the bathroom light contained three bulbs, only one worked consistently, the others flickered off. (Not sure how you miss that when cleaning or servicing). There is a mini kitchenette. Any utensils that might be included are dollar tree quality. Be prepared to bring your own stuff. The property has a few pools. The lazy river is indoor. There’s also indoor pools. On the bright side, the ocean front view was perfect!
