"I booked this hotel on a whim after reading the reviews and wanting to pamper myself on my vacation to India. I was traveling there with another friend of mine. The Manager Mr. Randheesh and Ms. Renju graciously greeted us and helped make tour arrangements as well. The chef and other staff kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. "Hotel was nice and clean. But there is no air conditioning even in premium rooms. Also every evening they arranged camp fire and played loins music. It was really difficult to sleep when there is no A/C and loins music is playing outside."

"All the staff were so helpful. No problem changing my room when I had a view straight into a tree... after that blissful view of mountains. Lots of space in the family room (more like a small flat) but furniture is rather sparse and basic. Food was very good and an extensive menu - the kitchen clearly takes pride in what it does. You are high up on a hill — so everything is a tuk-tuk or car ride away. Very quiet and almost nothing happens in the evening. So this is the place if you want peace...

"Beautiful hotel in a jaw-dropping location. Pretty good food (especially if you stick with the Indian selections), although not everything on the menu was actually available. The tradeoff for the absolutely amazing views is that you're way up a really rough road with nothing else around (but I thought it was well worth it, and it was easy to get a rickshaw). Beautiful and well-appointed room. Recommended. :)"

"The rooms are not worth the price, I spoke to other guests as well and they felt the same. They arranged an activity which was not well Managed. Felt like they were short of staff as no one came when we needed them. The buffet was not well managed as well- short of dining plates, tables were not clean- we had to eat on a dirty table, and some guests had breakfast in the gallery adjoining the restaurant. We asked a person to clean the table, but no luck! The food was also not good. It was hard...
