"I booked this hotel on a whim after reading the reviews and wanting to pamper myself on my vacation to India. I was traveling there with another friend of mine. The Manager Mr. Randheesh and Ms. Renju graciously greeted us and helped make tour arrangements as well. The chef and other staff kept checking on us to make sure we were comfortable and happy. "This hotel is excellent in terms or several things. First its location. Its very near to some of the tourist attractions. Second it offers many onsite facilities like Gym, swimming pool, two restaurants, bonfire everyday on terrace with musical disco lights, the view of sunset as well as sunrise is awesome from the terrace. "A fabulous mountain retreat set between forests and tea gardens. Beautifully maintained lawns with great vistas. Loved our stay. However due to road washouts from 2018 floods, almost impossible to get to. A miracle we found our way. But well worth the journey!"
