Rooms are pretty small and need some attention. Breakfast options are limited. Mattress was very worn on one side. Could not hear and road noise - and property is right by a busy freeway). Accommodations were nice - but wouldn't recommend for more than 2 people or if spending a lot of time in the room.

This is a great small motel. It was very clean and quiet. The location was perfect for my needs in Mountain View and the staff were very helpful and efficient.

Breakfast is limited. Room was well maintained each day. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room didn't have any towels and the bath tub was dirty; when I asked for a receipt the front desk said they couldn't provide me one because the reservation was made through Expedia, however I was charged at the property

Dear Griselda - We're very sorry for the issues you noted. I hope you raised them with the staff when you checked in. As for receipts, when you book with Expedia, often the receipt will also come directly from them.
I always stay at this hotel when I’m in Mountain View- it is a little dated but it is clean and convenient. They keep in making upgrades after covid - so I’ll be back

The place well kept and maintained. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast time is not convinient for people going to work, for Monday - Friday I suggest breakfast time from 6 am.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I showed up passed 1am for check in and although they had already cancelled my stay, Joe fixed it and I was allowed to keep my original reservation.

The room was nice. Trash was not empty on one of the trash buckets. There was a wierd box inside. The cable tv service was ok until watching sports, signals cuts off. I didn't see those fancy red blankets like on there pictures so I guess that was false advertisement.

Thanks for the feedback. We apologize for the housekeeping issue you noted. As for the red bed cover, those have been removed since COVID to help provide a more clean, simple bedding experience.
Best value for this area. Clean and breakfast included. Safe area.
Gym could use a bench press and some more dumbbells, but I was able to get pretty much a full body workout.
Hotel room floor was dirty along the bed behind the bed skirt. Comforter and towels had stains and the bed was not comfortable.
