The room itself was unkept. There was hair in the bathroom, a left over woman’s razor in the bathroom, trash, and it did not appear to even be vacuumed. And, the lights went out during my stay. The staff were polite though. Definitely not a place to stay!

The memory foam mattress was not comfortable at all, the heat/air unit was noisy, someone's dog kept barking, did not sleep yat all, needs deep cleaning and remodel.

Probably the worst hotel room I’ve experienced.
In my 59 years of traveling, it was probably the worst hotel room I’ve experienced. The room had a strong chemical smell. Two of the four pillows were ripped, and the stuffing was hanging out of the pillow. One fitted sheet was clean with stains. The two chairs with a hard bottom and back were very uncomfortable. One bar of soap for 3 people and no shampoo. When I asked at the front desk for another bar of soap and shampoo, she said, “We don’t have shampoo.” I have never stayed at a hotel that did not have shampoo. She did give me 2 extra bars of soap. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work or there is not one. The stopper for the tub is missing. I could not soak my weary bones. To turn on the water to the tub I had to pull the knob so hard I thought I was going to disconnect the fixture from the pipe in the wall. After going to bed the heat/ac started rattling. It got louder as it continued to run. It is amazing what one can tolerate after driving 10 hours, exhausted and needing sleep. On the bright side the bed was comfortable and the lady at the desk was nice, efficient and friendly. Shame on whom ever is responsible for the management of this hotel.

When we arrived the kids were hungry. So I checked in and took them to eat. We returned and later around 10:30pm i decided to take a shower. No, hot water. Went to the front desk, she tested her sinks and stated there was hot water. I figured maybe it needed to run longer. About 1:30am, I woke to the room being stuffy, air condition didn’t work. Called down and was told nothing she could do at this time and it was late to move me becasue I had been in the room for the past 4 hours. When i got up to leave still no hot water. Front desk stated she would let someone know and if i could call (room 221). I called later that day, person stated they didn’t know what I was talking about and when I explained the issues. I was told the female on night shift should have taken care of it. I should have paid the extra $30 and stayed elsewhere. Very ran down place.

The floor was dirty when we walked in the room, with hair, tissue scraps, and a spot of something sticky. As it was late, we decided not to complain, and just not worry about it. However, the sheets were not clean either. We checked the other bed and since it was okay, slept in it. There was a hole/dent in the bathroom floor, which sunk when you stepped into the room. The bottom of the tub was not clean, and the floor behind the bathroom door looked like it never gets cleaned, although you can't see it until you close the bathroom door. There was a dead mouse on the pavement right beside our parking spot. Additionally, the exterior entrance door did not latch. Add the dingy towels and stained bedcovering, and it all adds up to the worst room we've rented in ages.

RUN AWAY!!
Pulled up to the dark motel around 9pm, no lighting outside. Very scary amd unsafe. Lobby was bare and every vending machine had an out of order sign on it, including the ice machine. The woman at the front desk was very poliet and did a great job checking us in. When we got to our room we were greeted by flys. Cobwebs on the walls and dead moths in the sink. The ground had not been swept or mopped. There was dried ramen noodles on the floor. The shower had short black hairs all over. The shower tub did not drain and the spout dripped continuously. The only positive thing was the beds looked clean. But after experiencing the other issues I was unable to sleep due to having nightmares of bed bugs bitting me. I would NOT recommend this hotel to my worse enemy!

Disgusting
The room was disgusting! Toilet seat was up with urine and hair all over it! Sheets on one bed were stained. Floor was dirty! Place was extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant!

It was alright. They did let us check in super early thank yall. But there was no rooms on the first floor which was not okay. My grandmother who was very ill had to walk up the 30 steps to the second floor and she has 4th stage copd. That was not okay...
