Upon arriving the lobby has a moldy gross smell. Our rooms also smelled gross. The air conditioner didn’t work well. Had I not had a box fan, I wouldn’t have been able to sleep bc of the heat. After working in the heat all day I wanted to come back to there room I was in and take a cold shower only to find the water wouldn’t actually get cold. It was lukewarm at best. There was a strange dirty spot on the sheets in the bed and the bed was very uncomfortable. I will be back in the area next year for the same festival I just worked and there’s no way I will be staying in this facility.

We had to move rooms twice before we found a room with a working air conditioner or that was not on the railroad tracks and a major highway. The staff seemed totally unconcerned until you loudly made your request. Their responses were a sarcastic sorry. I should have asked for a full refund. The rooms were old with a funky odor. I found the staff smoking in the laundry room with the "clean" linens and towels. I felt so unsafe that I was certain I would find my car broken into.

Good location for my needs prior to returning to work. Walmart, Joes Boots, etc close by. However there was handrail scraping and banging and a parking lot barbecue rock and roll party outside my room. Will be looking around next time in town.

Loved the restaurant staff! The food was awesome too, although a little expensive. The pool was in great shape and very refreshing. My room was in good condition, bed was super comfy. The room was very hard to find, since most rooms dont have a number on them or the wrong number versus what is shown on the map. The hotel was close to my work so it was convenient also.

Quiet location, comfy bed and nice quality sheets and towels. The a/c worked great. The pool was nice. The room and curtains could use updating. We did find mold on the ceiling above shower and the bed’s headboard was dusty.

Awesome night to just get a way and relax. The lunch Buffet on Sunday was amazing!
The desk clerk that checked us in that night was super friendly. I will return, may next time with the kids to enjoy the beautiful clear water pool.

Great stay at the Clarion. Quiet neighborhood surrounding the property with plenty of sidewalks for getting out. The property itself is clean and comfortable. The bed was very cozy. I slept great!

Clean, dust free room, bathroom very clean, comfortable bed. The restaurant has good, food and a nice lounge. Quiet location even though it is next to interstate overpast. Very friendly helpful staff. I like the place. Will stay again.

The room was clean. The door was missing the chain to the door lock. The bed was not the greatest but it was comfortable enough. The breakfast was expensive and the hot food on the buffet was cold. Staff was very helpful and friendly. For the price point I would recommend this hotel.
