"Best Wingate that we’ve stayed in! Room was large, clean & comfy. Breakfast included lots of healthy options & area was bright & clean. The laundry & fitness center were also great. Best of all was the friendly & helpful staff including the front desk, breakfast area & housekeeping. Thanks to all! "

"Hotels.com does not have an accurate update of the facilities accommodations. There was no continental breakfast available (their dining area is under constructions) but they did offer a grab and go bag of snacks for breakfast. This is NOT the first time Hotels.com has done this. There is a serious error of communication between Hotels.com and the facility (and I am not sure who is at fault for this), but I am not pleased that this has happened to me again. Hotels.com, please make an effort to have up to date information regarding the facilities you are advertising. I'd give this hotel 4.5 out go 5 stars on this experience I'd give Hotels.com a 3.0 out of 5 stars on this experience."
