The property was in a spread-out suburban shopping mall with free parking and many chain restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very nice, however it was difficult to get the room cleaned. Cleaning people came by at 8:20 am one morning and we asked them to return in an hour. They never did. One time we asked at desk for service and they did come. Another time we asked the cleaning service supervisor for the service but no one ever came. So one room cleaning for a six day stay.
