The property was clean and friendly personnel. The check in staff was courteous, friendly, but also professional. My room was on the 2nd floor, but the ice machine was empty of ice each attempt to get ice. Overall, rated 9 of 10.

This is a very clean and nice hotel. The only downfall was, we could not enjoy the pool because it was freezing cold. Never experienced this with an indoor pool. Outside of the pool issue, I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay.

Hot water heater went out night before and was not fixed until next morning about 8:30 am. We could not take a shower before bed and had to postpone leaving until fixed. We were notified it when it was fixed. No water pressure in shower when turned to hot water. Rain shower head tilted straight out instead of down, unable to adjust. It was nice diner and breakfast was served as part of stay.

I have never stayed at a more friendly, welcoming hotel! From the moment we walked in until checking out every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. A wonderful surprise complimentary dinner and happy hour and great breakfast. The only negative was having to take a cool shower as there was no hot water. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the first time we stayed at a Drury Inn property. We enjoyed our stay very much. The food was very good. The beds were comfortable. The pool was clean. It was located in a convenient area for shopping and restaurants. We would stay at the same property again.
